What is Clean Club?

An online “clean” eating program that focus's on eliminating processed foods, sugar, alcohol and wheat (wheat optional) from your diet for 10 days.
It isn’t solely plant based but can easily be adjusted if you are vegetarian or vegan.
The goal is for this to be a kick start to a healthier balanced lifestyle rather than an unsustainable strict plan.
There is a private Facebook group, but all information is delivered via email, so you don’t have to be on social media.

What can I eat?
Plenty. You will receive emails with lists of clean and not clean foods, example shopping list, meal plan and recipe ideas. It can be done ever so simply. You don’t have to go out spending a fortune on ingredients you’ve never heard, of spend hours slaving over the stove.
 
What are the benefits?
Increased energy, improved sleep quality, body fat reduction, to develop positive eating habits and becoming more aware of what we put into our bodies and how it effects our overall wellbeing. It is also a great way to get out of the starting a diet stick to it all week then binge at the weekend cycle which is not an enjoyable way to live.

How much does it cost?

We begin on a Monday but I’ll send out the Info pack via email on the Thursday before so you have the weekend to prepare yourself mentally get your veg in and perhaps eat a few of the not so clean foods before you start!
